Just did our 4th oil change on my wife's 2024 Ranger Lariat FX4 2.7L. It has 8,700 miles on it. After this one I will go every 5,000 miles. Only use Amsoil 5W-30 Signature full synthetic oil and Motorcraft fiiters.

Lasfit on our 2024 Ranger tailgate has issues. Had to trim around side latches, rubs on the bottom of the Lear folding bed cover. Plus the bottom side corners where their are no screws is still curling up. Would not buy again even though it only cost $60 bucks. You get what you pay for.

Things are out of control in our country and our major cities. I feel very lucky that I live in the woods and no longer near cities. UP in Northern Michigan we don't put up with this crap. Remember they used to shoot horse thief's.

I would like to see a nice stainless steel dual exhaust from Borla for the 2.7L V6.

Also looks like they scratched up the top off your passenger vent by the side window door defroster.

Just ordered the Ford touch up paint ( Hot Red Pepper ) for my wife's 2024 Ranger Lariat FX4 2.7L. Its the bottle that looks like a rocket ship. Need to touch up 2 small rock chips before winter hits here in Northern Michigan.

I am also interested in your future build. Not sure if I would be willing to spend that kind of money though, especially since its my wife's truck. LOL :LOL: Now if it was my 3.5L Ecoboost F150. That's another story.

What is your states lemon law? Ford bought our 2024 Ford Ranger XLT FX4 back after being at service dept. for over 30 days. They treated me very fairly and I purchased a new 2024 Ford Ranger Lariat FX4 . No problems at all with the new one.

Our Lariat goes from reverse to park if you open the door while backing up. Thank you for the info on the override feature.

I would contact them and send them the pictures ASAP. To me that is unacceptable. I am sure they will take care of you. When ever I have had a problem with any product I first take pictures and contact them with pics. and info. It will work out.

I do not know but I really doubt that Ford would have a separate exhaust on the line for chrome package Ranger's. But then again I could be wrong. Thank you for the picture, I looked at one at my local dealer and it appears like it is pressed on.

That is why I did my first one at 157 miles and our second at 2656 miles. After that it will now be every 5,000 miles. I like your choice in oil.

Could you post a picture of the cracked seal? I am sure that if you contact Lear they will replace it.

Just did our 2nd oil change at 2,656 miles. The first change was at 157 miles. The 2.7L still purrs like a kitten. Very happy with it so far.

Motorcraft oil is a synthetic blend unless you request full synthetic which will cost you more. I do my own oil changes and only use Amsoil Signature full synthetic 5W-30 on both my 3.5L ecoboost and our 2.7L ecoboost in the new Ranger. My 3.5L in my 2015 F150 has 138,000 trouble free miles.
