I really need to get up to speed and start using Forscan. I plan to add some perch collars and i understand that there is a requirement to use Forscan to update ride height sensors and stuff to get it all settled back in and not trying to correct for a problem that doesn't exist.
I think that is a perfect way to go... install the material on the headliner around the blocks (and also be sure to factor in the cross members on the roof itself... i think there are 2 or 3 of them). you are making me want to do the same thing to see how much quieter i can get it but i really...
i think there are some sections that you could put 2" in but there are a lot of big foam blocks on the head liner that press up against the roof to keep things from rattling that would probably cause issues and i'm guessing the magnet in the middle of the head liner right behind the dome light...
That is awesome to hear! it really does make a HUGE difference. Good luck with the head liner... i think the video for the roof rack install is a better tutorial on how to get the head liner down than the dedicated roof insulation video haha. Cheers!
that sounds cool... let me know how it goes. I'm curious about whether or not the heat in the engine compartment will cause the tar material to melt and droop down but who knows. I'm thinking about how to do the interior of the firewall (as much as i can get to without removing the entire...
Thank you, I didn’t pick them up yet and this is super useful input. I will see if they are still on marketplace next week and see what I can do on price!
The products you all are providing are worked as designed for sure it is just that we have some different settings here in the US and you all are freaking legends for trying to work around all the quirks we keep finding! Thanks for sticking with us and helping provide cool raptor gear instead of...
Signature lux sends me goodies in my orders all the time and I am super excited to share the awesome products they sell because they are making the North American Ranger (especially the Raptor) community TONS of awesome products! I’m planning a family trip to AUS and NZ next year and am super...
Yeah man, I was surprised to hear of all the differences. Our fog lights turn off when the high beams come on as well and our Aux switches are always powered when the truck is on and not reliant on headlights being on for any of the switches. Lots of little quirks here and there. Cheers!
While looking at the board, there is no connections going thru that spot, I was about to drill my own hole, it would have been pretty easy but I was tired and frustrated at that point so I just broke it. That is a great recommendation though. I can send them one of my old ones for them to get...
I got some footage of the amber lights in both daylight and simulated dark (covered the light sensor so the auto headlights thought it was dark out). Hope this answers everyone’s questions

Just a quick question about some wheels I found on marketplace. A set of like new Method 703s 6x5.5 17x8.5 +35 but CB is 106… I know our lugs are tapered so I assume they will self center with proper tightening pattern but is the CB something that needs to match perfectly or will these wheels...
That makes sense and honestly I didn’t even consider the cost to replace the light if it went bad… I guess I’ll just keep my fingers crossed. When the rain stops I’m gonna pull the drone out and get some daytime footage for a quick update video on lights during the day. Just gotta figure out...
It wasn’t too bad at all. I got footage of the whole thing, I just have to edit it so I can post it. I took my time and it took about 2 hours. Most of the time spent switching all the buttons and wiring over to the new wheel.
It does have heat and it is all hooked up but I haven’t turned it on to try it on it yet cuz it’s already 85 and in the sun so it is too hot to tell if it is actually heating up more haha.
I think i am going to tackle the headlight removal soon. bumper itself doesn't have to come off but the grill and the trim piece above the bumper does for sure... and from what have seen the fender flare has to come off too in order to get the bumper trim off... the good thing is that ford does...
