So it sounds like the replacement Instrument Cluster was programmed incorrectly initially and they couldnt go back and fix it. Oh well. I am going through the Lemon Law process with Ford now, so I wont be seeing this truck again.

Are you asking how you get out of Raptor Mode? If so, turn the drive mode selector knob to whatever mode you want to revert back to.

Great advice, I’ll be making sure I am not accruing miles that are being calculated as if they were KMs, that would be awful ?. I think that is what is happening though. I noticed in the app that the truck has 3 more miles on it today than it did yesterday and I doubt they drove it around 3 miles.

No, they said they didn’t change anything. I think it’s due to how the IC is reading the data from PCM.

The service dept lead said that the mileage data is now stored in the PCM. Here is a picture of what their diagnostic tool was showing for the truck.

I did some research this morning and it looks like you can change the configuration with Forscan as well. I sent that information over the Service Dept lead this morning, so will see what they get back to me with. Hopefully this is the fix.

This is different than choosing to display the odometer in miles/kilometers from within the trucks settings. The odometer was in miles, just incorrect about how many miles the truck actually has. It should’ve been showing 1094, but was showing 1762.
