If the camera works and you can remove the shattered pieces you could get a small glass or acrylic circle off Amazon and use a dab of epoxy on the outside. Then get a black trim ring made from a 3d printer the correct diameter and epoxy it around the glass. There are online 3d printing services...
Another member just asked about a loose mirror. I am waiting on my Wolfbox rear camera to come in so I already had the trim off in this video, but it pops off easily with a trim tool. Anyway, here is a video I just made showing how to remove the mirror from the bracket on the windshield.
It comes off the bracket by twisting counter clockwise (have to pop the black trim off first). It’s held on by strong springs to the mount in the windshield. On the top of the bracket (when off) there are 3 screws that may have come loose.
You might be able to find someone to fix the bezel itself. Plastic welding is a thing and if done right will look great. Will have to repaint obviously.

True. But people put different offset wheels on all the time. 1” on my stock +55 wheels would be the same as a +30 offset wheel. And people go more extreme than that all the time.
