When my trial ended I was offered $4 a month for a year. I also have it on my phone which is nice. And, yes be sure to cancel prior to the subscription ends or you get charged full price.

Mine doesn't happen when I first start the truck, even if it sat for a day or two. It happened after the truck was driven the day before, but again not when I first started the truck. I drove 20 miles to the dentist and it happened when I left. Strange.

Yesterday mine again changed to the trip mode when I started the Ranger after running an errand.

Mine had done that a few times and it's usually the trip mode.
