If you truck has the option there are 2 easy ways to check. Etched on the driver's side window is an up and down arrow. You can also check the info screen. Click the vehicle symbol at the very top of the screen and scroll down until you see "windows". If you don't see "windows" it is missing something in the programing. As I stated previously, my dealer tried w/o success to get mine working. They contacted Ford Tech and was told Ford is working on a fix.

Ive never tinted a vehicle, but was under the impression you could get ceramic film with zero tint and still reap the benefit of heat protection. Other than aesthetics, seems like the best option to me.
I haven't prior to my ranger purchase and MAN, the difference it makes in oncoming headlight glare is well worth it alone. Bright sunny texas days are much more forgiving on the eyes compared to a naked windshield.
