I have Lariat 4x4 that was scheduled week of Mar 11th, got email that it was bumped 1 week to Mar 18th. Ordered May 27.

Heated steering wheel is standard on a Lariat. So my presumption would be that it is standard on a RR also. Not sure what model you have.

Without a VIN the website is useless and dealer knows less than we do.
