I'd ask for a new cooler as well, if things came apart there will be debris in the (OTW?) cooler and in the lines. The 2.7 uses an OTW cooler fastened to the side of the engine block, if you have a 2.3 I have no idea what it has.
I wonder if there was a problem with the initial fill? No leaks?
I agree. I'm seeing cracks appearing in housing and rentals as well. Rental vacancies are rising, rents are softening. Home sales have almost come to a halt, mortgage & re-fi applications are way down and prices are dropping. This actually started quite a while ago but wasn't too apparent till...

The issue is not only in turning, but in any vehicle it is impossible to have both axle speeds exactly the same even driving in a straight line so eventually things will bind up. Usually this just results in tire slippage and increased wear on the 4WD parts due to the increased resistance of the...

Then I order these to slip on over the nice covers for the beach or if I've been working and sweaty...
Here are the results of the door dings on the side of my TDI. They were very difficult as not only were they were on a horizontal surface but they were right on a raised crease. I worked on them off and on for 2 days until I was finally satisfied. I had to keep applying paint and shaping it with...
While I really like the Raptor, I didn't need one. The one thing I also didn't want was a wide truck due to my daily parking spot and while the XLT is only 4.5 inches narrower than a F-150, the Raptor fender flares make it just as wide as a regular F-150/250. Not counting mirrors.
Actually it looks like this one on an Australian model. Looks like a ground wire in the back hole and another bracket screwed into the front hole for part of the hood support.
That's what I was thinking, and Pirate Camp sells an ARB mount that fits in there between the diesel airbox and the firewall. recovery bottle. I don't think it will fit the US trucks though.
