Agreed, but is also cannot hurt and was probably an attempt to get most vehicles past warranty coverage without issues. If I could find the delay ignition in Forscan I change it on my Raptor.
Cam phasers is a real issue. One of the software updates on my wife’s Expedition for cam phasers made it crank a few times when you push the start button. Previously it fired instantly like the Rangers. Cam phasers going out on the 3.5L Ecoboost are well documented and tend to happen more often...
I used a random orbital polisher and some polishing compound. It was pretty easy so maybe the magic eraser will take it off if was just transferred on and is not actually scratched.

First picture is under front seat in the backseat footwell. Those pictures are to show you what can be added easily with Ford parts. I did this on my Bronco Raptor and then took them out and put them on the Ranger Raptor.
There is no back seat or cup holder lighting on the Ranger now. You can add it fairly easily with factory parts from other Ford vehicles. There are some good pages on the Bronco 6G page showing how it can be done.
My Canada delivered Super Duty does not show engine block heater on the window sticker or heated heated rear seat option. I believe this is because they are standard options in Canada versus US. Should be easy to look at the lower valence on your Ranger and see if there is a plug with a cover...
