Have you reached out to BAK?

BAK is sending me a replacement cover in response to this issue and the email I sent with all the measurements. Not sure if they’re changing anything or if they just decided the one I got first was incorrectly built. Its supposed to ship on or before 4/25, so maybe they’re tweaking something...

I didn’t have any trouble with the clamps, and the rails went on just fine. It’s just the cover itself that doesn’t fit on my truck.

The D-seal that faces towards the rear barely contacts the inside of the tailgate, if at all. The Rear edge of the cover has no vertical support at all.

I contacted them about the ‘24 vs ‘25 instructions based on the stake pocket covers. My ‘25 has the ’24 stake pocket covers, and they said to follow the ’24 instructions. That was a good thing as my package only included the ‘24 parts.

I hope they can figure out what's wrong with the design relative to the Ranger and ultimately send me the correct one :)

I just picked up my new 2025 Ranger 2 weeks ago today, and just this past Friday I installed the BAK Revolver X4S. At this time I would caution against ordering that product until BAK has a chance to figure out what's going on. I have supplied them with numerous photos and measurements so...

Sorry for the delay… mine went into production on 2/18 with a blend date of 2/27. It shipped on 3/5 so expect to see it the week of 3/24 if not before.

Mine shows built this morning as of 3/4 with an estimated delivery of 3/24-3/30

Looks great! Those are the same wheels I’m looking at for my 2025 when I get it in a couple months. I wondered how the gunmetal color would look with Azure Grey, and those pics look great to me. Are those the 12mm offset?

Eibach brought in a 2024 Ranger the week before Thanksgiving for R&D, so hopefully they’ll have something soon

Does anyone happen to know what the motion ratio is for the front suspension on a non~Raptor? Eibach mentions it in their video on front height adjustment for their coilover lift, but Google has not revealed the answer for me. TIA

If you go to ford.com and go to order status, you can enter your order number and VIN to see all the details on your build. My dealer sales guys said to expect the truck to be delivered 2-4 weeks from the build week.

Here’s hoping! This is my return to Ford after 8 years of my Tundra. I drove Fords from 1975-2016. I like the interior of the new Ranger better than the new Tacoma, so that was my primary decision point.

I just got my production date email for the week of February 24th. That said I can check order status now on ford.com, and I found this picture of the BAP wheel that's the best photo I've seen so far.
