Not the same, however I drove a different RR yesterday on my lot and did here a whine upon rev, even at a dead stop, sounds like a pully on AC or belt?
anyone on here with the cam phaser issues ever get a resolution ? New motor? Cam phasers fixed? Mine seems to have settled down and not sure if I want to do anything more at this point?
I can, but being honest I have already sent your team three different issues, none of which ended with a solution or worthy response. Not trying to be nasty, but my first was cam phaser failure at 900 miles, which I have yet to get a response from anyone at Ford on the case file. I had to...
Not sure if all but my RR has vibrations in the 40mph range. Had tires rebalanced. Still there. I work at a dealer. Got two more RR in. Drove both. Both has vibrations. Not sure if I'm just picky but just doesn't seem right. Guys here staying deflate tires to 35 or less from 39 as directed. But...
Sorry. Have to laugh every time I see this request. Nothing ever gets done. A case is opened. Which you can do taking it to the dealer. Nothing ever gets resolved. I have several cases done this way. Never heard back from Ford.
Guys I work at a dealer. Nothing has changed. Still only required for over the box frame toppers. Been that since day one. And only free if you order topper from Ford. I see nothing about making it a recall. I own oa RR so I watch it.
Uhm same thing. Still the motor. And without repair will indeed cause further damage and regardless sounds embarrassing and like shit. No reason for it in this day and age.
Ok so now I'm totally confused. After almost two weeks of zero cam phaser noises it's back. Makes no sense. I didn't think these things come and go. It's definitely a cam phaser but maybe it's a something else causing it? Told dealer. Going to get with Ford engineer next week.
