No update on mine (in fact I just checked). I’ll be passing on it though because I bought a RR built three weeks after the Lariat that I ordered. Maybe I’m just a bit paranoid, but the lack of transparency made me uncomfortable about that specific truck. Also, I was up against a wall because...
That’s the same thing that happened to mine. In fact it still shows that it’s “in production” on the site, and the dealer portal shows it “on hold”.
I would recommend going to the “Contact Us” section on the Ford.com homepage, then accessing the Chat, then immediately ask for a real person, and...
Thanks. I had ordered a Lariat decked out as close as I could without committing to a Raptor when the employee pricing was in effect. My choices were to wait it out, or to settle for something less than what I ordered. Then I remembered the words of a wise man from the 80s…
… “Every now and...
I’m a bit curious to see when Ford adds a Tremor trim level to the NA Rangers (maybe 2026?). My guess is that when they do, the price of the Raptor will jump significantly to make room for it.
Update: I tapped out on my order. Had the dealership find me something within “trade distance”. Should be able to pick it up tomorrow. Ironically, it’s build date was three weeks after the one I’m waiting on.
I tapped out this morning and approved a deal that would bring a 2025 Shelter Green RR to me. Should be here on Thursday. Ironically, the blend date is three weeks after the truck I’m still waiting on.
Oof! That’s brutal. Mine’s still listed as “in production” but a customer relations agent confirmed that it was completed on 6/26. Now I’m just waiting on shipment.
Both my dealer and I have exhausted every avenue trying to get a shipping date or even just a reason for the delay but have...
I also test drove an XLT, Lariat, and Raptor. I ended up going with the Lariat because seat comfort was a big factor. The XLT seats were fine but I had concerns about comfort and support for long trips. Loved the Raptor, but the seats made it feel like a sports car (which is what I’m moving...
The main thing I’ve learned from this experience is that I’ll never order from Ford again. It’s been 42 days since it went into production with no status update, other than the fiasco that Ford Customer Service put me through (results were “no status update”). I will definitely “find” my truck...
Beautiful truck!
I’m currently waiting on a Velocity Blue Lariat with the same options that has yet to ship. Ruby Red was a strong contender but at the time I ordered it, I had only seen the AI versions on the Ford build site. It’s so much better in real life. Congratulations!
Update: Regardless of 4 different Ford sources having conflicting status information, my dealer was able to locate the truck in a lot at the assembly plant (not in Iowa, whew!). Whether it went there and came back or never left, I have no idea.
According to the Ford chat representative, it...
So, I figured out how to get Information on my order.
go to Ford.com and then scroll all the way to the bottom and click on some tiny little link that says “Contact us”. From there you can go into a chat. The first thing you do is tell the AI chat bot that you want a real person. They’ll...
something tells me that there’s a problem with my order…
Once it’s on the schedule, it’ll likely stay there (as far as you’re concerned). From what I’ve seen, transparency with your order isn’t real high on Ford’s priority list.
Has anyone with a production date in the first week of June taken delivery yet? Heck, have any of you even gotten an update since the fabrication date?
