Oof! That’s brutal. Mine’s still listed as “in production” but a customer relations agent confirmed that it was completed on 6/26. Now I’m just waiting on shipment.Good luck, the one I ordered has been on a "quality hold - unshippable" since April 2nd with no further information.
Both my dealer and I have exhausted every avenue trying to get a shipping date or even just a reason for the delay but have come up with absolutely nothing. Ford doesn’t seem to provide any transparency to the customer, dealer, or their own CS agents. I can understand the “ghosting” to the end customer, but keeping information like this from the dealer seems a bit extreme.
If mine gets tagged with the Scarlet Letter (“unshippable”), I’ll likely tap out and try to find something in the wild.
