My Lariat was ordered on 4/15/24. I originally had a build date the week of 6/10. I just saw I have been pushed out until 7/15.

Well I guess on the positive note more time to save for a bigger down payment right.

On the down side of that is if you have a trade in. Used car prices are dropping 2% to 3% every month, so a trade-in will be worth less. Ford makes out on the deal in this case

Good point. I sold my Subaru recently. Carmax and other firms only offered me 3500-4k. I was able to sell it rather quickly for 9k. So if your looking to trade try not to and be agressive selling it out right. Park car on a busy street is what sold mine in 2 weeks!

This could be the most disheartening experience I've had with Ford. Here's the timeline

Finally received a Vin in March with a 5/13 build week. Not great for an early order but a timeline
Then moved to 5/20
Then 5/27
Then 6/3
This Morning I looked because of the anticipation of next week - NOW 6/10
Went back in to validate my VIN after lunch... NOW 6/17..........

This is PAIN and unfair to someone who has been a Ford fan and owner (SVT Cobra, 2020 Shelby GT500, and a 23 Maverick).

At the end of my patience.....
Yes, moved from late July to early August. I’ve already sent an email to my dealer and asked to push the order through like someone did below. Thanks for the tip! 👍🏽 I’m like a few others right now, I can understand the guys who ordered back in 2023 and just got their vehicles, I’m not willing to wait till next year for a 2024 truck. Thanks guys

My order placed on 5/30/23 has been holding strong at the 6/10 build week since it previewed in early April.

There's gotta be something going on with your order. Have you been able to get in contact with your dealer's regional rep?

Ordered 11/24/2023
Blend date 2/01/2024 (and still in production 123 days)
Sold my F150 in February for more than dealers top offer from Nov. now would have been less.

Went to plan B 5/31/2024
Purchased a Lariat from dealer stock that was as close to my order as possible

Ordered 5/30/23 build date 6/13/24 no clue when it is showing up, dealer and ford have no clue either. Probably will abandon and order a 25. Raptor with beadlocks and number pad

Haven't gotten a build date. I ordered a 2.3 XLT and it was confirmed on April 20, 2024. On June 12, 2024 I got a "...we're working on your scheduled build date..." email.

I entered info on the FordRangerOrdervsScheduled spreadsheet, but it doesn't seem very active.

I thought Ford would have some sophisticated application of 'queueing theory' (one can look it up) but it appears more like 'kids cutting in line.'
