I try not to be a cynic butā¦. I have a recall on my truck for possible pinched wires for the lighting on my sunvisor. They are going to fix pinched wires with a software update. Oh and by the way, I donāt have lit mirrors on my xlt. š¤
Lots of really cool pictures. Two of my favorites were the dust on your tailgate and the crow (technically a raven) on the warning sign at bryce canyon. Thanks for sharing your trip with us.
I made some changes to the ACM module today and lost my serius radio as well. Iām no expert, and Iām assuming so take it for what its worth. I think that making changes in the ACM module causes the system to lose your sirius account temporarily. Sirius does an update when you restart the truck...
Have any of you played around in the ACM module? I have the 12ā center display, but the standard BO sound system. The eq only has 3 bands. I was looking on the spreadsheet and saw there are a dozen eq options, so I thought Iād try and get a eq with more bands.
In the ACM module, 727-01-02 xxx*...
A big shout out to @craigc for putting the spreadsheet out, and to everyone that has contributed to this thread. You are all awesome. This is a long thread with a lot of minutiae to wade through, but for those ppl looking to run Forscan the first time, I recommend reading it. And for Godās sake...
I live about 15 to 20 miles from the old whiting brothers gas station in your pictures of NM. I remember when that station was open. That was before I-40 was built and had to take hwy 66. Great pictures. What an awesome adventure.
My 25 XLT with 300A, advanced tow package, FX4 package, BO package (with 18ā wheels) and 2.7l engine is rated at 1352 lbs. Iām sure the fx4 and 18ā wheels subtracts a fsir amount from the payload capacity as does the 2.7l engine.
None of yallās damned business what I might or might not have in the safe. š But I shoot when time allows, which isnāt nearly as frequently as I want. Up until 4 yrs ago, I was shooting 200-300 rounds a week. Now Iām lucky to shoot 500 rounds a year. I enjoy shooting rifles the most, but also...
Wellā¦.. my seat covers are still sitting in the box, waiting to be installed. Work has been hectic lately and havenāt gotten around to installing them yet
You get 7 notches + and 7 notches - of center on each, Treble, Midrange and Bass.
Not nearly enough for an audiophile, but plenty for an old guy with bad hearing. š¤£
Nice build.
How do you like the performance elite shocks? Iāve looked at them, but man are they pricey. I may go that route still, but I havenāt sold myself on them yet.
