Yes, you can. I installed the FX4 air dams along with the skid plate but they don't add much stability. The front of the bumper above the skid plate is not supported by anything on stock FX4s so it is a little flimsy even with those air dams.

The brackets for the front skid plate are the same ones used for the plastic skid plate. The tow hooks mounts are different. Everything needed should be there.
