@nedmo your insight was a real asset in the process. Now I just have to get ride height calibration to run successfully. I followed the procedure and it fails per the attached screendhots. My first time connecting a computer to a vehicle, I do know computers and was a mechanic before computers...
All the info shared in this thread is awesome. GOAT provided significant insight that is appreciated. Kudos to everyone else who shared their knowledge....
Front stock 570mm was down to 540mm now 585mm
Rear stock 620mm was down to 560mm now 622mm
Total rake stock 50mm now 38mm higher in rear...
The Ranger is my third Raptor. most recent change was from a 2014 6.2L V8 supercrew Raptor to a 2024 Ranger Raptor and did the perfomance tune. Smaller, easier to drive, more power, less weight and modern technology. A superior vehicle all the way around and I have not had anything else get my...
Results with Geiser Springs in the front. 570mm seems to be the commonly used stock height.
Original height 540mm, After height 600mm. They do feel progressive and also do seem a little stiffer in the front.
On the Jeep 4-door JL the noise and on road comfort have been fine. The Jeep does have Synergy progressive springs and Elka shocks though. 99MPH versus 112MPH speed rating is the only downside I see for running Toyo Open Country R/T Trails vs KO3s on the Ranger Raptor.
Want to put Toyo Open Country R/T Trail on when the KO3s are done. Work amazing on my Jeep JL 4-door in rain and dirt. https://www.toyotires.com/product/open-country-rt-trail/
Yes I saw all of that. No kidding about having to ask, but I was wondering if swapping in a 760HP Predator would cost more or less? Then it could be called an R-cubed (Ranger Raptor R)

Good info. Looks like measuring an empty stock USA 2024 ranger raptor may be next. I am still looking for a rear spring upgrade to add around 70mm due to weight of camper shell, draw and tools.
Thanks for the info on factory ride height. I come up with 535mm front and 552 rear. The front is lower due to a Rival bumper and Warn winch. The rear is lower due to an ARE shell and Decked drawer with tools. Priority is keeping original ride quality both on an off road. Thoughts?
What is are the measurements fron center of hub to edge of fender flare in the front for a completely stock 2024 USA Ranger Raptor? Trying to determine what a bumper and winch did to the suspension height in the front and I forgot to measure before starting. Same question for the rear as well...
I was considering this but they told me it would sit 1.5 inches lower than the stock fuel tank and skid plate. Did not want to loose that ground clearance.
