I'd really love a new Ranger XLT right now, but it's just not in the cards. Too many other *expensive* priorities, along with a lot of uncertainties.
I test drove it just to make sure it would be on the short list when the time comes, and it was really nice! So I'll definitely be watching as...
Saw a cactus gray RR here in Tucson. Looked pretty good. Iāve only seen a handful of other 6Gās on the road so far. Test drove an XLT, and they had another RR on the lot, but I resisted the urge to even walk over and look at it, because I canāt have one. ā¹ļø
Iām into mountain biking, motorcycle riding, welding/metal work⦠and not camping.
I also do lots of DIY, not because I love it so much, but because I can do it, and I hate paying someone to do a job I could do⦠?
Iād rather just have an XLT with a long bed so I can carry bikes and lumber and stuff when I need to..
I donāt need to pretend that I spend so much time living in the wilderness I have to carry all that equipment 24/7ā¦
So you pretty much have to know exactly what youāre looking for to spot this. This is concerning for when 2nd-hand Rangers start hitting the market. Potential buyers will have no clue that this needs to be done if they want to carry stuff on the bed, unless theyāre really into Rangers and...
On the Bronco, the Signature LED's and standard LED's are totally interchangeable, so hopefully this is a similar situation.
I should note, the standard LED's in our Bronco are so much brighter and widespread than the halogen lanterns on the front of my F-150, I never felt the need to upgrade...
Nope. Simply driving down a city street after leaving the dealership with my wife's brand new Ducati in the back. My wife was driving, and she just about had a heart attack when she saw the bike getting smaller in the mirror! Fortunately, it high-centered on the edge of the bed and stayed...
Not sure if this has been answered, but once the J-brace is installed and everything is closed up, can you look up under there and see the brace? If you were looking at a used Ranger, for instance, would you be able to visually verify that itās been done?
Ford does some really dumb things, but this has to be one of the dumbest ever.
Remember those TV ads they used to air, showing a Ford pickup carrying a Chevy pickup across the top of the bed? And now it can't even handle a bed cap as it rolls off the line...
Unbelievable.
