the bolts where hard to get out from the top and the nuts are welded to the frame on the bottom

I used a small pry bar screwdriver on the frame and slightly lifted the bumper and they came out easy almost fell out no cutting and no removing wheels I can take a pic later and post if needed

I removed the factory covers and discovered special round fasteners that require cutting off. I watched a YouTube video that appears to be a nail gun capable of shooting round staples. Therefore, unless you have access to such a nail gun, installing new covers would be extremely challenging...

I did not install myself if it was just the covers I maybe would have but adding the Degreez Cooling requires cutting a holes in the seats to mount the system
