The raptors have long travel on the suspension. This one is enough to get the front tires off the ground.

Harbor freight 3 ton jack works fine. I tried my quick jack but the frame is a bit weird so I couldn’t get a good set up on it. I tried my 1.5, and 2 ton. Neither reached. Lol.

Yes sir, you are correct. As for the baffle on the back I honestly don’t remember but if it does it shouldn’t affect anything. The only thing that would hit are the shutters. And just as you said popping them out will not cause any issues. Very straight forward install and worth it.

Here’s a view without the shutters. Easy to pop out and leave actuator in place and it doesn’t disturb the new intercooler.
