I am assuming yes. I thought the purpose they leveled was if you had a load in the bed the lights would level and not shoot high. There may be a limit for how much they are able to adjust. We need someone who lifted their truck to respond. Assumptions usually get me in trouble...lol.
I was assuming the headlights would adjust themselves since they are self leveling. Just an assumption but I see the projectors dancing around on my garage wall when they go on.
Yes I have. My last F150 came with a financing rebate of $2k if you financed via Ford Credit with no payoff restrictions. Paid the balance on day 14, incurred no interest charge. Dealers mostly use local banks for customers with good credit. So I imagine there would be some restrictions on...
You should be good. I was reading about 2mph under actual before putting on 265/65/18 now I read 3 over actual at same speed 75mph. 100% stock. Tires at 39lbs per did steal almost .5 mpg.
Are you counting the interest you will be paying over the term of the loan? The dealer only gets a tiny piece of that upfront. The interest can always be negotiated for a couple of points as well but it will not make a material difference. Search the country and have it shipped.
I assume you have to use extended lug nuts with the 3/8 spacers? I saw Bora has 1/4 inch spacers....i have 265/70/18 so I am thinking I could use them with stock lug nuts and gain a bit more clearance from the UCA. Where did you source your spacers and did they come with extended lug nuts? TIA
Going to jump in here since I am running 265/70/18s on my 25 Lariat 2.7. I lost .4 mpg when changing tires from stock. Stock wheels, no level/lift, no spacers, no trimming and no rubbing. Actually when you increase tire size you actually use less PSI than the smaller stock tires because there...
Found some V6 emblems to place under Lariat emblem front fender vents. Used duplicolor black shadow to try to match the black chrome Lariat and trim around the vent. Not quite a match but the stuff dries so much different than during the spray process. This is what happens in the NE when the...
Borla catback dual ( from cat) with black chrome tips from SS Exhaust no tax/shipping. There is a whole thread on here if you search. Had my mechanic install it for $140...I am too old to install it without a lift. In the thread are details of someone who did a self install. No drone at all.
Not to mention the Ranger is the only one to offer a fairly high tech v6. That is what sold me. The V6 really gets up and goes. And I have heard the 2.3 is more hp than advertised. I added Borla exhaust to my V6 and when you jump on it, it sounds really sweet and throaty. Not sure why Ford...
It sucks your state doesn't give you credit for tax you paid already......talk about greedy....lol. Hopefully someone will buy your truck...appreciate the mods and the ESP and give it a good home. Best of Luck!
So you would have to si ell it fot a significant above $50k just to breakeven with the dealers offer since trading it in should give you a sales tax credit to be applied to your new vehicle. I dont know your sales/use tax rate but I dont see someone paying $53k and no warranty except for the...
