Do we know if the brake lights come on when the Ranger slows down suddenly like this?

Sounds like I have good reason to be optimistic. Mine had the AC plug only, but like others I have some equipment that still has the old style "cigarette lighter" plugs that I want to run from the bed while heading down the road.

There is a toggle to turn off the speed sign recognition in the adaptive cruise control setting. I prefer to adjust the speed to what is reasonable and prudent (our highway speed limit law) myself. Been working for me so far.

The Rim is beautiful especially along the places you mentioned (the edge). I love it as a place to get some relief from the Phoenix heat. My T@B is a 2019 320S Boondock Lite. It is a great little trailer especially for getting into smaller dispersed camping spots.

Mine is set up the same but I do have six wires behind the wheel. I neglected to count the wires behind the panel before I screwed it back into place. 🙄

@superj When was your Ranger built? Mine was Oct 2025. I wonder if they changed the wire mounting locations when they dropped the 12 volt socket. I wonder if we could splice into the 12 volt cargo bed light?
