  1. Downgraded Ranger Lariat

Does it have the 3.0 diesel engine too?
  2. VW Amarok may be coming to US

In the rest of the world, the VW Amarok is just (mostly) a rebadged Ranger. Guess we shall see what comes to the North American market when the time comes.
  3. Livernois Tune - How to Handle PCM Recall Update

Plug your VIN in here to see if there is a recall and what it's for. https://www.nhtsa.gov/recalls
  4. Expected Changes to MY 2027 Ranger Raptor?

I'm curious, where are you hearing this? Because I've found nothing about any of those features in my searches.
  5. Bilstein 5100 Shocks Now Available

Awesome! That sure took them long enough.
  6. Ford to Stop Offering 2.7L v6

TBD on how this effects the Ranger. Already being discussed here: https://www.ranger6g.com/forum/threads/3-0l-eb-to-be-new-base-engine-in-27-f-150.31620/
  7. Did anybody else buy the Smoker's Package ash tray?

Isn’t it just an ash tray that goes in the cup holder? And a cigarette lighter?
  8. 3.0L EB to be new base engine in '27 F-150

GM makes an inline 6 diesel…FWIW.
  9. 3.0L EB to be new base engine in '27 F-150

I think it’s mostly all rumors for now. At least for the Rangers.
  10. 3.0L EB to be new base engine in '27 F-150

Ford scrapped the 3.5L option in the Explorers entirely a few years back. Just the 2.3 and 3.0 remain.
  11. Planted seat brackets

Post some pictures when you have the new seats installed.
  12. Extended Warranty

The 10/10 RAM warranty is powertrain only. Non-transferable. And let’s face it…RAMs break.
  13. 3.0L EB to be new base engine in '27 F-150

Doing a search for available inventory, that’s probably a pretty good estimate.
  14. 3.0L EB to be new base engine in '27 F-150

Either one of those scenarios would make sense. Logically anyway. We shall see what big blue decides to do with the Ranger/Bronco engines 🤔
  15. 3.0L EB to be new base engine in '27 F-150

It doesn’t really make sense that emissions on the 3.0 would be any better than the 2.7. They’re both based on the same motor.
  16. 3.0L EB to be new base engine in '27 F-150

I would expect that's what they do. Ford seems to be going dual injection with all the motors. The 2.7 has been Ford's bread and butter for the last few years. This is definitely an interesting turn of events. If the F-150 is losing the 2.7 I wonder if this will be the death of that powerplant...
  17. Extended Warranty

Bingo! It doesn't take much going wrong for the warranty to pay for itself.
  18. 2025 2.7L engine replacement

The 2.7 Ecoboost remains one of the most reliable engines Ford makes. That said, anything made by man can break. As appears to be the case here. That said, there are literally millions of them out on the road right now doing the Lords work.
  19. Planted seat brackets

Interesting. Somehow I missed that. All the aftermarket seat covers seem like they could be of questionable safety then 🤔
  20. Planted seat brackets

The factory seats don’t have airbags in them either.
