Well, turned off my auto software update last night, and twice today my screen asked my permission to download new software. This is new, at least for me, for an ota update. Maybe if I say it's ok, then feel they can deny responsibility if it screws up the tune, etc 😎

My weathertech still protectors are holding up fine after after almost 2 years. Saved me from having to fix some damage, and now I don't have to worry about rocks on my shoe bottoms or damage from trying to close the door when a walking stick is sticking out...yep, I covered up a 600 dent.

My 2024 shows an incomplete ota download status for this IAT software update. I also have the Ford tune. I imagine the incomplete status is related to the tune. Guess another question for the Ford service manager

I just use a 2 level led light from Menards. Works fine, and is water resistant (about $10). Although it has 2 magnets for attaching, they are not real strong and don't attach well to the bed with a sprayed liner. So I attached a couple of much stronger magnets that I got for a prior project...
