This is the last time I shot my double lugged M1A. I was invited to shoot at 1000 yards as they wanted to see how an M1A with iron sights do on 18 wide 24 high steel plate.

They are frame mounted. Not sure how would they hold up against rocks. I don't intend to do any rock climbing. I replaced the factory steps as they are too high for my 5 ft wife

Actual mpg calculation is pretty close to the on board calculation.
