I don't want to do any trimming or bending, but thanks for your reply.
Are you 100% positive they don't rub anywhere? This post states otherwise:

Aha ok, so it's C that i want. I'll check my local options
EDIT: It looks like we have a different system in the EU. Left is the number on the tires and right is kgs per tire.
I've never looked into load ranges. I don't really get what you're saying. E is good foor serious off roading (so more soft, more flex?) But F gives a more cushy ride?
Oh so that's the only reason to do that? Yeah the dealer can do it with my next oil change then.
Anyone who can recommend an offroad tire in 305/70R17 that'll fit and is decent on wet roads?
My KO2's are nearing their EOL and I would like to go as big as possible on stock rims without rubbing and without lifting. Spacers are possible.
- Is 295/70R17 the max or rather 305/70R17?
- What's a good offroad tire that does well on wet roads? I really liked General Grabbers in the past but...
Hi guys
I've noticed this from the beginning, a difference in power from week to week or even day to day.
The car feeling dull, and peppy on other days.
At first I thought it was all in my head, but I did an evening 0-100km/h back in august when it felt slow and got 8.3s.
7.9s is the factory...
Anyone had any issues with the 10 speed?
I have my EU model for 2 years now and coming from a manual, I had to get used to it. The delay before it takes off when you floor it, dropping 1 or 2 gears, I didn't like it but hey, it was something I could live with.
I have the feeling it's starting...
You're automatulically driving more careful when towing imo and you have all the extra weight on the rear wheels and thus more traction.
I just feel like I need to adjust my driving style in the rain more than it should and definitely more than eg with a General Grabber, which I can attest to...
That's why I've got the original one back. I'm fairly certain I could weld a new one myself so that it looks good and won't break, but it's not worth the hassle.
This is welded by the mechanic, so he probably learned to weld a little in school but nowhere near enough to be skilled or certified.
I get what most guys are saying here and appreciate the advice, but I just want to use my RR now and be done with all the logistics and paperwork.
Yesterday I had the right turbo actuator replaced. Again switching to a replacement car which means moving my tools and kid seat, lots of emails and...
I don't think the superviser checked on this, his words: "But the tech told me he welded it better than from factory." They have an in house bodyshop but I don't know to what extent and this was "welded" by the mechanic.
It sounded like a no brainer back then to take this to the dealer but I...
KO2 if I'm not mistaken but I could be wrong.
BFG sucks on wet or icy roads. Experienced it before on my Navara, and now again on the RR. In 4A it's okay-ish though but in 2H it's dangerous as hell. Imho... Had General Grabbers before and those were like twice as good in the rain.
I was able to get them to order the actuator beforehand so I would have to leave my RR there for 1 day only. They'll be doing the in depth diagnose tomorrow and probably will be replacing the actuator. I wasn't able to recreate the fault in the meantime ofcourse.
Long story short, I had a fender bender back in January which was covered by my insurance and cost them a whopping €18k before taxes. The roads were all clear and good on the way to work but a little section of backroad at the end of the trip wasn't treated with salt so I started slipping on an...
Decided to try and run it untill after the dealer's holiday but it came back already on the way home. Was doing a bit longer pull when I saw my boost go down accompanied with the "service soon" chime right after and again zero boost from then on.
Got back on the phone with them and we'll try to...
