Yeah the below seat space is honestly atrocious even considering it’s a midsize. My long guns do fit very nicely in the floor boards of the back seat though. Just can’t seem to find a solution to a handgun that’s secure and easy to access. Agree that a “lock” that can be picked in less than one...
This is a great point, however my counterpoint is that I would be concerned about a firearm legally obtained in my name being stolen from some of the not so nice areas I travel to. The financial implications seem secondary to the possible legal implications of having a stolen gun in your name...
Completely agree and I do carry on my person at all times when legally allowed. Just looking for something I can keep a firearm in my vehicle and not need to worry about it when I cannot physically carry. My line of work takes me into not so nice areas where I spend long periods of time in my...
Hi all, I carry a firearm when I drive and am looking for an option for a safe which will fit in the center console or hidden glove box of the car, ideally with a way to attach to the vehicle and open quickly (ie fingerprint option). Hidden glove would be the most preferred but I fear it’s too...
Thanks for the heads up just checked it out and I’ll delete this one for clarity!
EDIT: I’m dumb and can’t figure out how to delete but here’s the link to the other thread if anyone has a similar question...
Just looked this up and it looks to be exactly what I’m describing, thank you! And now to decide if it’s worth paying $100 to no longer have to press a button… LOL
Anybody found a confirmed working AutoStart killer for the 6G Ranger yet? Most places I’ve seen online only guarantee it works through the 2023 model year. I have a 2024 Ranger Raptor though I believe the trim level is unimportant. TIA
I would never recommend doing anything unsafe or especially illegal…
BUT it has been shown that a 2lb ankle weight off Amazon or the local sporting goods store provides enough pressure to keep this sensor from triggering. Again I would never advise breaking any traffic laws
Yep, grab the handle for unlock function and touch the handle outside indent for the lock function. It took me longer than I would care to admit to figure out it’s a different motion for lock vs unlock.
Thanks for the response and this seems like a pretty solid solution. Which MagSafe mount did you use, the one on from their website or through a different company? And can you see it from the drivers position with the wheel?
I
saw this mentioned in a similar thread, seems to be a pretty solid solution. Though it looks like the phone may be partially covered by the wheel from the driver’s perspective. Not the biggest deal but I often take calls from my truck and need a mounted area where my camera isn’t blocked…
Anybody have a good solution for a MagSafe phone holder that fits with the new generation? The unique shape of the vents makes generic vent clip versions unusable. Thinking maybe a suction to the window might work better?
I was initially hoping there may be a company that comes out with a top of...
