  1. Aftermarket rear diff cover Non raptor

Problem with using the OEM gasket with aftermarket covers and their hardware designed around either a thin flat gasket or RTV, you loose about 5mm of grip length with the attachment fasteners. May or may not be a factor but will depend on how hard someone wheels their vehicle and smashes on...
  2. RR 3.0 Wet Belt Driven Oil Pump - issues in future?

No doubt, but the box the engineer has to work in has been defined by others and they rarely get to engineer how they would want to do it. It's a balance between cost, quality and engineering.
  3. Front Driveshaft Rzeppa Joint Leaking Grease

No, they did not clean up anything. Just replaced the driveshaft and left the mess for me to clean up. So far, no issues with the replacement.
  4. RR 3.0 Wet Belt Driven Oil Pump - issues in future?

Do not be flinging your dick around any Cars and Coffee events around the 3.0L Raptor guys, might be a little embarrassing for you.
  5. RR 3.0 Wet Belt Driven Oil Pump - issues in future?

  6. RR 3.0 Wet Belt Driven Oil Pump - issues in future?

Great, the Fascism and Orange Man Bad dribble has entered the discussion.
  7. RR 3.0 Wet Belt Driven Oil Pump - issues in future?

While not the same engine but still a wet belt, I know of a guy with a 2021 Ford Escape Sport with the 1.5L engine that has a wet belt oil pump that got to 300K miles before it became an issue. It was a loss of oil pressure from bits clogging the oil pump screen. That was with 5K mile oil changes.

Have a 1 mile straight stretch of paved road on my daily work commute that I exercise the 4x4 once a week.
  9. Front Driveshaft Throwing Grease

They replaced mine. Took a picture when I took it in and the tech verified and they ordered a replacement driveshaft that came in a week. I do not understand the retardation of some dealerships saying nothing is wrong for some people.
  10. Unicorns do exist

The wiper photo, someone ran the wipers with them locked open and caused that damage.
  11. Unicorns do exist

On the back of the cab below the rear window I had a piece of weld slag they painted over. The paint quality does suck on these trucks.
  12. 2024 Ranger XLT FX4 4X4 mpg?

    1K miles in 7-8 months?
  13. Wireless charger install on XLT model ?

I do not get why Ford cannot design a trouble free wireless charger? I know the one in my wife's Bronco Sport gets ballistic hot when used.
  14. Transmission fluid dipstick

I will save anybody the trouble thinking they are smart and can make the Mike's dipstick for the 5G work in the 6G, it will not. The transmission dipstick access on the 6G is on the opposite side of transmission where the 5G access is.
  15. Delaware Stock STX/XL OEM Wheel Set $100

Marking it sold but dropped these off yesterday at the metal recycler salvage yard on the way home for work. Got $62 dollars for them if anybody is wondering. If anybody else runs across @Raptor121121 saying he wants to buy something from you, he is a classic time waster. When it comes time to...
  16. 3.0 eco boost engine intake valves and direct injection!

It's a typo that has kited around the internet. Been proven out to be a typo by both service data and direct owners inspection.
  17. 3.0 eco boost engine intake valves and direct injection!

Wiring diagrams I previously posted on suggest it is direct injection only.
  18. Anyone else have a bumper gap? Dealer won't fix.

Need to be careful if it readily does not push and snap back in and you have to take the bumper cover off. That black wheel well molding has to come off first and about a 75% chance you are going to break the tabs on the wheel molding and have to buy new wheel molding. That whole bumper cover is...
