I have, just managed to reset it. I think they left the ignition on, jacked the back up and span the wheels to test the wheel bearings, in doing so, the diff at the back spins a wheel the opposite way - seems to have sorted itself now!

Truck went in for its fist MOT this morning, passed no issues. As they were being the truck round for me to drive away in, it threw up a tonne of fault codes and now has no stopping power whatsoever. Codes in the pictures below the codes clear and the brake pedal will be solid, you press past...

They replaced the gearbox under warranty, completely gone. Makes absolutely no noise when going between P, D & R. Gear shifts are a lot smoother too.

update for you, it went into Ford, they’ve done a relearn on the TCU (which I’ve done before, that didn’t fix it, it’s already had a rear diff and transfer case last year, so they’re throwing a new gearbox at it. Just waiting for the warranty to approve it.

A friend did mine who’s got some experience with mapping his own motors. I had a bit of an ‘experience’ with a couple of tuners when the Raptors ECUs first got cracked, wasn’t great… The gearbox should be covered past your warranty if you’ve raised the issue now and it still isn’t resolved past...

Hi all, want to swap the oil and filter in my Ranger Raptor gearbox. Wondering if anyone has done it themselves yet? I did it on my Gen1 RR, but it had the 10r80 box, is this the same as the 10r60 gearbox? Does it use the same filter, etc? I can’t seem to find a part no. For the 10r60...

Maybe you guys get different valving to us or something? Be interested to see a comparison - maybe someone from the US trying out an EU one?

There’s a good thread on here somewhere on sealing them, just wrap over the holes, sealant on accessory caps and a D strip along the outer edge.

EGR Load Shield, I live in the UK and not a drop of water gets in. You’ll need to seal up the caps that sit on the bed, but it’s strong (can stand on it) and is as secure as any other lockable load bed cover. I added the crossbars, but it can be spec’d with a rail system too

Does anyone have a good contact in the UK for servicing the 2024 RR Live Valve Fox Shocks? Ford in the UK are useless when it comes to the Raptors, interested to know if they can be tuned from anyone across the pond in the US or AUS? Always felt the ride is harsh on the new Raptors - thanks
