Only one way to know for sure, by calling them. There has been some discussion about trucks being added to the online inventory by Ford and not the dealer. Could have something to do with the dealers being instructed to enter RR orders as stock instead of retail initially. There is a good chance that they are already spoken for but it seems there are still some hidden gems out there.

This is true. I spoke to several dealers who had no control over the ad at the time I spoke to them, but were attempting to get it removed because they were sold already.

Just Ford trying to stir up interest.

I saw one come available in my neck of the woods and called the dealer. They said it was a custom order for someone. So my guess is that ford is putting them up there and probably trying to drive up the price.
