I wonder if there is any way to confirm or rather figure out if the Code orange is really gone or if this some sort of CGI error with the stock Ford photos where these pics came from.

I presume based on the vast number of dealer's adds on several different websites all with the same interior photos showing the Code orange replaced with grey, leads me to believe these were likely Ford photos given to the Dealers for marketing purposes.

The RR at the Detroit auto show this week still has the code orange accents.

But Andre opened the door in this TFL video yesterday and was showing off the payload label.
I ran the Vin on that truck at the truck at the Detroit auto show it's a 2025.

There is none on the ground anywhere yet to see real pics posted in adds just these same stock images.
My bet is that it is not gone. The pictures without it look "off" Not that they look bad, I actually prefer that look.

Yea, I am not placing any orders or deposits on a 2026 till I know for sure the code red is gone.
May just have to wait a few weeks for some to start landing and ending up posted with real pics in the online adds and not these stock images.

Some of those pics like you said look a little off, like CGI was in use. Others look pretty real.
However, the fact nothing is in the order guide about the change, has me more than a little skeptical about it.

I dug into everything I could find that described the interior of 2026 RRs in transit and this is how it is described.
  • Interior Trim -inc: Piano Black/Metal-Look Instrument Panel Insert, Cabback Insulator and Chrome Interior Accents
But then again, I have yet to find anything listed on a 2025 that spells out that it does have code orange accents. We all know the 2025 has the code orange accents. Even the stock pics though on the 2025s show the code orange. So other than that nothing really shows this being something that even might be real.
So that does not really help answer the question.

I would be more than shocked if Ford removed the Code Orange highlights on the Raptor Ranger, or any Raptor for that matter, as its part of the trademark.

Maybe so now days, but not always.
I had a 2010 1st gen 6.2L Raptor and it's interior looked a lot more like those pics except the band on the top of the steering wheel was red on that 1st gen Raptor.

LOL so did I. I was one of the first in Vegas to get a 6.2, in Flame Blue. I met one of the guys who helped Ford design the Raptor, and I was able to buy one at invoice! He still owns the dealership I bought at. Only dealer in the USA who was given an unlimited supply while everyone else got one or two allocations. But remember, they ADDED to the code orange since then even solidifying the brand look. But hey, who knows!
