In early February I placed an order with Ausmotion in Australia. I received a confirmation email stating a two week production time. Since then, despite several attempts to contact them I have heard nothing from them. I know there are several guys from Australia on this forum and I was wondering If this normal for Ausmotion or if there is something going on with this company that is the reason why I haven't heard from them?
I have ordered parts from other Australian suppliers and I have not had any issues so this experience with Ausmotion is unusual and disappointing

I haven’t checked where they’re located but it is possible that the cyclone happening over the east coast there at the moment might have slowed things down…

They are located just outside Perth so the cyclone on the east coast shouldn't affect them. Thanks for the response.

I’m sure this doesn’t help, but I did order a bed air compressor bracket from them around the new year and it shipped about a week or so into January. Everything was fine and I received it a few weeks later. Nothing seemed odd from my end. Maybe some production complication issues or something. No excuse for zero comms, though. Sorry to hear.

Ah, there you go. Sorry about that, and I also agree they should have better communication… hopefully you’ll get some info soon ??

Phil from AusMotion here - Your order has been working through the system Mike, although I see it's not been clicked-through (by us) each step as it goes. This means you've not received the automated status updates you should have got when it went to laser cutting, powder coating, ready to pack etc.

We were unfortunately out-of-stock when you ordered so yours had to come from the next batch.

Looks like it'll be leaving here on Monday.

As per our previous email, your order has been shipped already. Unfortunately the economy shipping (from Australia to London) does not include complete tracking so you will not recieve anything from them until its out for delivery at your end.

Your order is marked completed at our end and whilst it's in transit there is no more information we can provide.

Sending us more messages on multiple platforms when we've already said it's been shipped doesnt change the outcome.

Our priority is always processing and shipping orders, ahead of responding to emails, instagram messages, facebook messages, messages and posts on this forum, calling people back etc.

Whilst I would love to respond do every enquiry we receive, it's just not possible to do that for everyone within 24hrs. We're a small family owned business with just the two of us doing everything.
