Bed Extender bracket

Does anyone on here have an idea of where to find a mounting bracket for a tailgate extender?
The truck has the two pre-drilled holes on the d post in the bed about 4 inches apart - I cannot for the life of me find a bracket that’ll fit and that I can attach the bed extender swivel mounts to

Can you take pictures of your bed extender and post them again. I think you did it once for me, a long time ago, my wife has one and I gotta put it on and I wanna see what they look like and how easy it is to rap bungee cords around now so I can tie my stuff to them.
