I went round and round trying to get my bed lights to turn on/off with the key fob or opening a door. Got close but couldn’t actually get it to work. I moved on and powered them by running power to the battery with a wireless switch to control it.
Was thinking about the next project was a way to get puddle lights on an XLT. Then it maybe dawned on me. I put the F150LED fender light kit on and they connect to the park lights in the the fender. So now I am wondering if that circuit could be tapped into. I would not try to power the bed lights directly, instead I was wondering if could be used to trigger a relay?
