under hood switched 12 volt source

I see front light bars, front running lights, a lighted Ford grill emblem, that are in/at the grill on the Ranger.

So where is a good under hood 12 volt source, that is hot only when the engine is running?

I've looked at the under hood fuse layout, and wondering if the fuel pump fuse woul be good for some sort of LED (low draw) light, that won't upset the electronics.

f150leds sells an adapter that plugs into the front marker light and lets you hook up other stuff. whatever you hook up will come on with the lights though
