Bed Spray - which holes or mounts do I need to make sure they move before spraying?

First time having a bed sprayed professionally. I’m doing it through LineX but supposedly franchise vary. People have mentioned drain plugs or holes in the Ranger raptor bed but I’m not sure which one that is.
