Bluetooth connectivity

Is anyone having problems hearing the incoming voice on the bluetooth. A oit half of my calls, I need to hang up and call back. Ford said it is a software problem hopefully fixed by October. Very frustrating.

Yes, I have issues often. In on one phone call that I could hear the person on other end, my center screen went completely blank and of course dropped the call. It went thru what seemed like a hard boot and finally came back on by itself which took several minutes. I returned call without bluetooth. I have only had two more calls since then. One I couldn’t hear and other was fine. Hopefully they will get this foxed with the update that is supposed to ready in October, which I assume is 2025 since the trucks take 11 months to build.

I had several times before the instance of the screen going blank.

Swap to speakerphone, then back to Bluetooth. It'll usually correct the issue. It's not a fix, but a good temp solution.
