Can you help me with a BladeRunner Aluminum Charge pipe safe for a 2024 Ranger Raptor?

Hello, I bought an AFE Bladerunner charge pipe for a 2024 Ranger Raptor. According to the description, it works for both the Ranger Raptor and the Bronco. I have a problem with a cold air duct that doesn't fit. The instructions are also not as clear as can be seen in the images. If anyone has been able to install it and can help me, I'm attaching photos.

Please help. I filed a complaint with AFE and they sent me the same part again.

Oh, great! How did you get the missing cold air duct out?

If you could help me, please provide a reference or photo.

I'm not sure what you're referring to when you say missing cold air duct? In order to use the AFE pipes everything needs to be replaced including the silicone/rubber sections that connect directly to the intercooler. Those were included in my "kit".
