Cargo Cleat System Fitment

Does anyone know for certain if the ford cleat system for the bed (like the maverick has) will fit with the ford hard trifold cover installed?

Are you talking about the cargo management system (below). I have it in mine and it works fine with the low profile soft bed cover. I think the hard cover installs similarly. as it bolts to the lip of the bed where as the rail is mounted to the sides of the bed itself.
