I stumbled onto these guys, not associated with them so don't know the quality of their product but it looks like they machine the parts to customers spec. It looks like they can make any wheel spacer or hub ring that you want. I'm thinking they can make a wheel spacer that also corrects for an aftermarket wheel's bore.
