Defaulting to phone audio

I was killing time in my truck and watched a video or two which automatically came through the radio. Now every damn time I start it up, it defaults to phone audio, even if SiriusXM had started first, as soon as the phone connects, it starts playing whatever audio I was listening to last. Any way to stop that?

Are you using Android Auto or the Apple Equivalent? You have to disable auto play audio in the actual settings when your phone connects.
