DORA recieved, next steps?

My dealer alerted me that my retail order Ford Ranger Raptor received DORA confirmation and provided me scans of what looks like a 2 page Fax they received. I got this information roughly 2 weeks ago. I'm not in any hurry for my order, but I'm just wondering if this means I'm on the docket to get picked for scheduling sooner rather than later. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you!

The DORA is a document Ford sends over to the dealer letting them know that the order was placed and accepted on their end. That's sorta the beginning step. Long story short, it will stay in limbo in Ford's queue, waiting on all parts availability, dealer's available allocation and priority based on all others in queue. Depending on all the various stages and factors your basically at the point of waiting for it to all pan out. As long as your dealer entered all your personal information and your email address correctly, you should get emails from Ford when it enters different statuses. Do you know your dealers allocation # for Raptor and how many orders your dealer has for Raptors ahead of your order? Also do you know your priority level on your dealership level order? I think the dealership can assign a priority of between 3 -19 for orders within their dealership, actually means nothing to Fords build process, but the lower the # the higher the priority within your dealerships orders. Naturally ask for it to be a 3. Good Luck

I am one of two ranger orders at my dealership and my raptor has their allocation. The other ranger (lariat) has been scheduled, mine remains unscheduled -clean, as it has since the order was placed. My order is retail as well. I have been receiving emails since placing my order on 5/29/2023. They have been scheduling a lot of orders lately so hopefully they schedule your order next Thursday.
Mine got scheduled last Thursday for the week of 3/18/24. I ordered mine 12/26/23 from a nearby small family owned dealerhip that normally only keeps 5 or 6 new F150s and 5 or 6 new Super Duties in stock. My order was also priority 19 but I think it was the only retail order they had at the time.
