Could be the trailing arm sensor. See this video.
Ford said it has to do with your drive modes. Currently I cannot change anything other than the exhaust tone. Your Raptor mode does not work either. Was asking if anyone else has experienced this. It has something to do with a Fox shocks module that adjusts to what drive mode you are in.They ordered the part today with install tomorrow (hopefully!!).

It still sounds like the trailing arm sensors to me though… you get this exact error and can’t shift drive modes. Could be something as simple as a loose connector on one of the sensors

100% worth checking them out yourself

Call the stealership and give them your VIN and they can see what codes you're throwing. After I brought mine in, it was some sensor over the right front wheel. "C145 found terminal broken at pin 3." If a service rider feeds you some BS like drive it around until you can determine what is causing you to throw the code, call another dealer. One tried to tell me that and I said, if I brake my arm should l wait to know what specific bone it is before going to the ER?!

It’s happening to me too. On the third time I took it in they replaced the right front height sensor. The code came back on driving home from the dealership. I haven’t even made the first payment yet. (Ugh).

Mine just did this and dropped off today . I checked my trail arm sensors they were good. I did notice my rear right fox shock voltage was 6% difference than the others . Hopefully they figure it out . I still have no steering mode option . Has been to the same dealer 3 times . Yesterday they called me and said they could no longer work on my truck and I need to take it somewhere else. All good cause it is going through the buy back process. I just want another damn truck that works right . It is nothing after another .

I had this issue come up last week when I was off-roading. I was enjoying drifting back and forth in a riverbed at an OHV park, then the light came on. I was reminded when I simply put the truck in 4H that I'm not the great driver I think I am. Without Baja mode, the truck was difficult to keep in the direction I wanted. Gotta love Ford's programming of the driving modes.

Regarding the problem outlined here, I broke the rear height sensor a year ago on my first off-roading trip. It's a horrible design flaw, made of cheap plastic, in a bad location for any vehicle that brags about its off-road prowess. At the time, I tried replacing it and OEM Ford Parts Direct insisted I had the wrong part number. The part they sent was not correct. I never got back to fixing the broken plastic sensor. I have since installed several Foutz Motorsports undercarriage protective pieces. My research suggested this sensor is for the headlight leveling. I have off-roaded several times, including at the Ford Raptor Rally, without issue, since breaking that sensor.

Back to the "Drive control fault Service required", the dealer must first fix the part, in order to troubleshoot. Perfectly understandable. They too are having a difficult time identifying the replacement part.

As was outlined previously, each time I start the vehicle it asks me if I'd like to return to Baja Mode. If I choose yes, it will switch to 4H but nothing else. Whether I choose yes or no, the icons for suspension and steering both disappear. I can still adjust the exhaust note, however. Other than the ability to switch driving modes, the truck runs fine. I've added several hundred miles since the issue started.

I'll report back with any updates.
