Euro Raptors spotted in Keene, New Hampshire??

Photos sent to me by a buddy who lives in sleepy little Keene, NH. Part of some sort of off road rally. World Challenge? I googled the hell out of it and came up with nothing. Plates not from North America, no reflectors in the fender flares and the one color we didn’t get that I wanted. Anyone know more?

It took me like 10 minutes to google it and i had to find the right combinations of words to pull it up since its a pretty generic program.
