Finally built after 5 months of sitting in production

My Ranger that has been in production since January has finally been built. Luckily, I ordered a second one in March and got it last week. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the $1,000 preorder rebate on the second one. Thanks Ford! I’m letting everyone know how generous you were with your rebate.

I would consider yourself better off with the truck you got. Mine went into production a week prior to you and received the truck a month ago. I also ordered another truck and wish I would have gone with that one. As stated on other posts the drive shaft is completely rusted, had a dent in the door that couldn't be completely repaired. The under carriage completely covered in mud. Did the 1k oil change this past weekend and both the bash plate and smaller plate under the oil fill 2in mud. I did request the 1K rebate and signing for it tomorrow at dealer. Of course dealer totally had no idea about the rebate. I walked around the dealer for 2hrs pondering walking away from this truck. My 2019 had 27k on it and was mint. My dad, who has past, retied from Ford after 40yrs would be so disappointed in this vehicle. Count your blessing!

I ordered last year on 0530. Went into production on 1/24. At 0242 this morning I got a text that it was built. It had been on Qhold for over 4 months. Last week I ordered one with the 2.7 motor that I originally wanted but haven't recieved a build date yet. I'm anxious to see the one just built when it gets here but someone else can have it, I don't have much faith in it after 4+ months on hold with no info why. I've had a topper sitting at a truck accessory place since November last year. Sure wish they would communicate better.

I’m in production for my Ranger this week. Let’s see how my rodeo goes for this.

My dealer has several rangers that were built but not shipped yet. One was built in early April and not shipped.

From what I can tell it’s QC holds and pulling a lucky number if Ford ships them or not from factory.
