Anyone figure out on forscan how to disable traction control on startup, or better yet...remember previous setting?

Doubtful it’s possible, as disabling traction control will also disable all the safety braking systems

It's so annoying, even if you didnt have to hold it down and it was an instant toggle it would be fine

You can put a toggle switch on the front driver side abs sensor. That’s what most f150 guys do to keep it off
