Front grill lower mesh aftermarket trim

I like the looks of this. Matches the OEM pattern. But eBay says it doesn't fit my truck. Is this for other markets that don't have adaptive cruise? That's one of my concerns. Anyone bought and installed this yet?

Here it is. Mind you. The clips are flimsy. 3 broke trying to get it into place. Its a snug fit. Hopefully it stays on. If not its only 70 bucks. 2 weeks shipping from Aussie land. Roughly a week of that stuck in customs on both sides combined.
