That is wheel travel.Im not sire about the actual shock lengths but stock shocks have 10” and 11.5” travel for front and rear, respectively.

BTW, shock travel length is directly correlated to wheel travel length via Motion Ratio. In Toyota IFS, it was roughly 1:2. I'm pretty sure it'll be similar for the Ford IFS.
