Full Bedrug Expensive, ideas for the side and front with just the mat?

I had one in my 2019 and it was great but I'm not paying close to $500 for a full bedrug which Ford doesn't offer. They have just the bed floor mat with tailgate I can use my points on (and is 25% off now), so what options are there for the front wall of the bed, and the sides (specifically wheel wells)? They used to make rubber wheel well covers but I haven't seen any of those lately. The front wall I'm thinking some outdoor carpet. Thoughts?

Maybe call or email the manufacturer to see if they'll sell you the other pieces separately. If not, no idea. I have tools and recovery gear mounted along my sides and bulkhead. If i needed it covered, like for insulation when camping, I'd guess I'd hang moving blankets. Maybe insulation boards with some trunk or speaker box carpet/felt glued on?
