Should be able to run less than the posted 39 PSI such as 36 psi front/ 33 psi rear and get a much better ride quality and still have great wear. I run 38/35 in an F250, Running 34/32 on my Ranger Raptor and it rides wonderful. Also have the alarms set down lower.

I dropped mine down to 36 all around cold.

They still push up close to 40 once warmed up.
But I know this winter the cold temps will drop them down into the low 30s and try and avoid having to change them from season to season to keep the warning lights off.

Found this website that has a pretty nice gallery of 6G RR with custom wheels and tires.
I find looking over pics of different setups with different tires and wheel offsets in particular very informative when researching the right stance or look that I am wanting to create.

Did you ever have a chance to verify if the rings were interchangeable?

Finally got my rings swapped out with Ranger grey rings.
‘Turns out to get these rings off a T40 torx 40 seems to fit, but just a little sloppy and is a real good way to strip them out. You need a TP40 Torx plus 40. They are slightly different.

Tried to start this project last weekend and stripped a few out trying to use a regular T40.
So got help from members on here via this thread I started the other day.

Here it is now with Bronco rims and Ranger Raptor simulated bead lock rings.

If anyone is curios, this is what the OEM rim and the Bronco rims look like with the rings removed.

You can see at certain angles the stamped raised portions of the Grey Ranger rings don’t quite line up with the spokes on the Bronco rim, at certain angles they look fine at other angles you can see they don’t quite line up with the Bronco spokes.

I really do like grey better than bright machined rings.
‘I think I am going to take the Bronco rings into my local powder coating shop and have themcolor changed to grey color as close as I can get to the Ranger rings.

Any particular reason you didn't reuse the original Raptor center caps in the Bronco wheels? Didn't fit?

I would imagine they would have fit.

But I liked the overall looks and fitment of the gloss black Ford oval caps I had found for it.

I believe the OE Ranger wheels and centers are more of flat black where the Bronco SAS wheels are a gloss black.

Theat OE ranger center cap for whatever reason to my eyes, just had sort of Fisher-price plastic look to it, and the main reason for the swap was to get some depth to the look of the wheels, and the OE centers seem to poke out, which I thought would diminish some of the appearance of depth that I was mainly after, where the smooth gloss black center I am using maintains that max depth appearance of the SAS wheels. IMO.

Got it, thanks for the explanation. I'm having my wheels powder coated dark bronze, and if I can get a paint to match for the OE center caps, I'm thinking they would probably look better on my setup than the Ford oval caps. I shoot pics when they're done and we can compare. Still need to figure out what to do with the bright silver beadlock rings. I'll need to figure out a color for them once the wheels are done and I can see them on the truck (Shelter Green).

That color change that your working on sounds really cool.

I have my SAS silver rings. setting in my back seat right now, ready to drop off at my local powder coat shop.

I am planning on going with that same OE grey color or close as I can get from the Rangers rings.

I really like the looks of that grey color on black of the OE grey rings.

Which I currently have those OE grey rings on my SAS rims now seen a few post back, just the little designs stamped in those Ranger rings don't quite line up perfect with the spokes on the SAS rims, they are just off a bit more visible at a certain angles and the smooth SAS rings avoids that.

I did buy a set of black rings from this Ebay vender. I am planning to put those black rings on my Bronco.

So, if you decide to go for Black rings. These are $380 plus tax and free shipping.

This solution might be cheaper than the having your silver rings powder coated if you like the black rings. Which I think the Black color would work with the Bronz. Black goes with about anything.

The dark bronze is supposed to be a semi-gloss, so whatever color I go with on the rings needs to be flat to semi-gloss as well. I'm thinking grey like you are, but flat black might look good too, depending on how dark the dark bronze comes out.

Not sure why but that color sample looks black on my screen.

It's a dark bronze.
I assume it going to be something like one of these.

I switched my over to SAS wheels with 295/70 17 as well but I used BFG's KO2 tires... I wasn't for sure about the white letters but now I love it..

That's interesting...I thought the original Ranger caps would protrude more instead if mounting flush as it appears on his wheels.
